This Privacy Policy covers the Web site of Foreclosure Trackers, Inc. (“FTI”) – www.foreclosuretrackers.com (this “Site”). This Site is not intended for use by persons under eighteen (18) years of age. By registering with and/or using this Site you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time by FTI, as well as FTI's Terms of Use and Membership (the "Terms of Use"), as amended from time to time by FTI.
This Privacy Policy covers only information that is collected through this Site, and does not cover information that may be collected through software downloaded from this Site.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any third parties, including, but not limited to, any companies or persons that FTI does not own or control.

Information Collection & Use
1. Registration. In order to use this Site, you must first complete the registration form and create a user name and password. During registration you are required to provide certain personally identifiable information. The type of personally identifiable information that FTI may gather includes (but is not limited to): first name; last name; e-mail address; address information, including but not limited to city, state and zip code; telephone number; facsimile number; credit card type; credit card number; expiration date of credit card; name on the credit card; first name as it appears on check; bank routing number as it appears on check; checking account number; driver's license number; state in which driver's license was issued; date of birth; company name; business telephone number; MLS ID number (if you are a licensed real estate agent); preferred listing; last five (5) searches; custom saved searches; customer communication, correspondence, emails, faxes and customer service/member service memos; customer responses to questionnaires and surveys; the Web address where Members enter from and exit to; and which pages you visit during your use of this Site.
2. Ownership. FTI is the sole owner of the information submitted to FTI. FTI collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
3. Uses of Information. FTI uses the information that you provide for general purposes, including, but not limited to: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. FTI uses this information to contact you about the services on the Site in which you have expressed interest. FTI compiles personally identifiable information about you when you register to use this Site; when you use or purchase products and services through any FTI website; when you connect or transfer to or from affiliate Web sites; when you participate in promotions; and when you ask to be provided with additional services. The documentation that FTI gathers enables FTI to analyze your interests and preferences, develop new services and create meaningful affiliate relationships.
Communications from the Site
1. Special Offers and Updates. From time-to-time FTI may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, FTI will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).
2. Service-Related Announcements. FTI will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if FTI’s service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, FTI might send you a text message or an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
3. Customer Service. Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide to FTI, FTI will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. FTI will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. FTI will communicate with you by text message, e-mail, telephone or mail, in accordance with your wishes.
4. Supplementation of Information. In order to provide certain services to you, FTI may on occasion supplement the personally identifiable information you submitted to us with information from third party sources.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
1. Personally identifiable information. Except as otherwise stated below, FTI does not share personally identifiable information with third parties. FTI does share your personally identifiable information in the following events:
a. If FTI is provided your consent or approval;
b. To establish and maintain your Membership;
c. To process payment for goods, services and Membership provided to you;
d. To assist you in obtaining the goods and services you request;
e. To offer promotions, goods and/or services that FTI believes may be of interest to you;
f. To update, improve, modify or enhance the operations of the Site;
g. In response to a subpoena, Court order or other legal process, or as otherwise required by law;
h. To assist law enforcement or other appropriate entities which FTI believes in good faith are conducting examinations or investigations of possible fraud or other illegal activities;
i. To investigate possible violations of the Terms of Use and/or violations of this Privacy Policy; and/or
j. Pursuant to a transfer of ownership of FTI.
FTI continuously makes every attempt to provide our members with useful products and services on related subjects of interest, which include training seminars and educational programs. FTI may sell or distribute certain individual personally identifiable information to other companies, including related interests or vendors so as to provide you with important offers. FTI may also provide partners or affiliates with aggregate information from the information provided by its members. If you are a participant in our training seminars and educational programs we may provide you with promotional offers on related subjects of interest or an email presenting those offers.
2. Credit Card Processing. FTI uses a credit card processing company to bill you for services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
3. Service Providers. FTI uses other third parties to provide certain other services on the Site. When you sign up for these services, FTI will share personally identifiable information as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
4. Legal Disclaimer. FTI reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when FTI believes that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Site.
Log Files
As is true of most Web sites, FTI gathers certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.
FTI uses this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer this Site, to track users’ movements around this Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. FTI links this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
FTI and some of our third party advertising partners employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help to better manage content on this Site by providing information on what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. The information gathered by clear gifs and is tied to your personally identifiable information. Access to Personally Identifiable Information

The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us.
